Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will grant you absolute command over your email mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail account in no time and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and secure your e-mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming emails on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one e-mail box to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply specify the mailbox you want to forward mail messages from, then choose the target mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
